The initial login process is simple and intuitive.
To log in, follow these steps:
  1. Locate the “Sign in” button at the top right of the main navigation bar.
  2. Click on the “Sign in” button. The login box will appear where members can enter their current User ID and Password.
Note: Saved login information will require reentry once the new site is live.
After the first log in, the login box will automatically appear, providing a more streamlined and convenient experience.

Improved Navigation

Easily access popular product and service pages through an improved navigation menu, homepage quick links, and dedicated landing pages. In addition, the new search feature offers a “Google-like” search experience, delivering more accurate and relevant results.

New Learning Hub

A dedicated Learning Hub features a wealth of financial articles, calculators, and resources. This Hub is designed to empower our members and prospective members with valuable information, insights, and tools to help enhance their financial knowledge and decision-making.

Member Access Sign-In Experience

No. There are no changes to Member Access or the Mobile App at this time.
Yes, the initial login process to Member Access is changing.

For your initial log in, follow these steps:

The process for Forgotten Password and User ID remains the same:

Forgotten Password

Users can use the Forgotten Password recovery link located below the Password field.
  • Password reset will function the same as today on Storefront and Member Access.

Forgotten User ID

If members have forgotten their User ID, they may contact Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562 and a representative will be able to assist.

Accessibility & Security

Verifying the legitimacy of a website is crucial for online security. The domain will remain the same (https://ncsecu.org). If members have bookmarked our site, they will be redirected to the new ncsecu.org.

Here are some tips to follow to ensure it is our legitimate site:

  1. Check the URL: Ensure the URL in the address bar is exactly https://ncsecu.org and doesn’t contain any misspellings or additional characters.
  2. Look for HTTPS when signing in to Member Access: A secure website will use https://, the “s” indicates a secure connection and it’s standard for websites that handle sensitive information.
  3. Check for a secure connection.
    • If using Edge or Safari, in the address bar there should be a padlock icon, indicating a secure connection.
    • If using Chrome, in the address bar, there is a settings icon next to the URL. Clicking this will open a small pop-up with site information. This pop-up will state the site is secure.
