If you wish to assert an error, request information relating to the servicing of your mortgage loan, or dispute an item reported by the credit
union to your credit report, you may submit a written request to the address below.

In your letter, provide your name and the account number along with the error you believe has occurred, the information
you are requesting, or the reason for your credit report dispute.
