One Time Passcode

There are times the Credit Union must perform additional authentication during your Member Access sign on. In addition to your User ID and Password, we may prompt you with a security challenge question when the identification of your computer or mobile device is not recognized. As an alternative to your security questions, we offer the One Time Passcode (OTP) feature which is a more secure and convenient option.

How Does One Time Passcode Work?
Once registered for OTP, you may be prompted to enter a unique one-time passcode to further verify your identity during a Member Access sign on session. This code will be sent in the form of a text message to the cell phone number you provided during registration for OTP. When received, you will be required to enter this unique code before you are able to access your online account(s).

How do I register for One Time Passcode?
You will need to first sign into Member Access:

1. From the Alerts tab, you can access the registration link for One Time Passcode
2. Enter your mobile device number
3. Verify your phone by entering the activation code sent from the Credit Union
