Mortgage Assistance

Our goal is to help members keep their homes. Our Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) offers home retention options to members experiencing financial hardship.

Develop a repayment plan

We help members create an individualized mortgage repayment plan. Our MAP specialists will review the circumstances that led to the delinquency, complete a financial assessment, and determine which of the following repayment options are available.

  • Monthly payment alternatives

    Make reduced mortgage payments for a specific period of time.

  • Forbearance

    Make no monthly payments for a specific period of time.

  • Mortgage loan modification or refinance

    Modify the terms of the existing loan or receive a new loan.
