Get started with ASK SECU

To use ASK SECU, you will need an active debit or ATM (access) card and a 3-digit voice response personal identification number (PIN).

  • Get a voice response PIN

    You can obtain a voice response PIN by contacting your local branch or Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562.

  • Add your phone number to your SECU profile

    When calling from a phone number on file with SECU, intelligent card entry allows you to log in to ASK SECU by speaking or entering only the last 4 digits of your active debit or ATM (access) card number2 and your 3-digit voice response PIN. You can verify and add your phone number via Member Access.

Helpful tips

Follow these helpful tips for a seamless ASK SECU experience:

  • You can respond to a request for input by pressing the number, saying the number, or saying the words as instructed.
  • Got background noise? Mute your phone and use the touchpad entry feature.
  • Once you are familiar with the menu options, you can automatically make your selection(s) without waiting for the dialogue to finish.
  • You can say “main menu” at any time or press the * key to get back to the main menu.
