Statement cycles

Statements are generated monthly. The statement date is the date your statement cycle ends. Statement cycles end on Credit Union business days, so statement dates are subject to change and may vary month-to-month. Statements are mailed immediately and available online via Member Access and our Mobile App within two days.

Frequently asked questions about statements

SECU does not charge a fee to receive paper statements.

Yes, you can select an alternate e-statement cycle through the Advanced Statement Options in Member Access.
