Our Two-Way Text Messaging service allows you to receive available balance and account information via text message.1

How to use Two-Way Text Messaging

Register your mobile device for our Two-Way Text Messaging service to request account information.

  • Register your phone number

    Sign in to Member Access and register your mobile number for the service; your text number will be validated during registration.

  • Choose a command

    Choose a command from the list of commands for the body of your text message.

  • Send a text

    Send your chosen command to short code 627328.

  • Receive notification

    A text message will be sent back to your registered mobile device with your requested account information.

*Message and data fees may be imposed by your service provider / carrier; one message per query. See participating carriers.

For your added security, the Credit Union will never ask for specific account information via text message. Please contact Member Servcies Support at (888) 732-8562 if you have any questions or concerns about text messages or other communications you receive from the Credit Union.
