Payment assistance

If you are having difficulty making your SECU consumer loan or credit card payment, we may be able to help. Contact your branch to discuss options like payment extensions or loan refinancing.

Mortgage Assistance Program

If you are having difficulty making your SECU mortgage payment, we may be able to assist. Visit the Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) page for more details, or call t odiscuss repayment options with an SECU MAP specialist.

    If your period of unemployment is short, you may consider the use of a credit card or loan to pay for expenses. View your free credit report and correct any errors before applying for new credit. If you are interested in applying for a loan, call (844) 296-4831 to discuss your options.
