Loan Payments & Payoffs

Need to make a loan payment or ready to pay off your loan? Review the process for requesting a loan payoff quote and submitting payments.

How to request a payoff quote

Request a payoff quote before you send your final payment. Loan payoff quotes are available for auto loans, personal loans, lines of credit, credit cards, and mortgages. Be sure to include your loan account number, contact information, and mailing address for title delivery (if applicable).

Mortgage payoff requests

Submit a Payoff Request Form via email or fax. 

All other loan payoff requests

Contact Member Services Support or send a secure message in Member Access to receive your payoff quote.

Submitting your payment or payoff

Funds can be delivered in person, mailed, or wired. To expedite processing, we recommend certified funds or wire transfer.

Bring regular loan payments or payoff payments to your local branch.

Frequently asked questions about loan payoffs

If you are selling your vehicle, be sure to:

  • Delete your personal information from your vehicle’s electronic records and navigation system.
  • Remove your license plate and surrender it to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Notify your insurance company.

Titles can take up to 15 business days for processing and mailing.

If you are selling your primary residence, we recommend completing a USPS Change of Address Form and an Address Change in Member Access.
