Enroll in Member Access, our online financial services platform, to view your balance, move money, pay bills, and more.

Features of Member Access

Manage your accounts online at no cost through Member Access. This financial services platform is safe, convenient, and easy to use.

  •  Accounts
    • View balance and rate information.
    • View account activity, transaction history, and cleared check images.
    • View up to 18 months of statements. 
    • View year-end documents (1099-INT, 1099-Q, 1099-R, 1099-C, 1099-SA, 1098 and Credit Card Summary).
    • Apply for accounts and loans.
    • Access your accounts online through Quicken.
  •  Move money
  •  BillPay
    • Pay bills online with our BillPay service.
    • Send money to another SECU member.
    • Set up recurring one-time payments.
    • Manage payees and view your payment history.
  •  Message Center
    • Communicate directly with the Credit Union through secure electronic messages.
    • Review sent and received messages in your inbox.
  •  Services
    • Request account maintenance (e.g., place stop payment orders, request Overdraft Transfer Service).
    • Update your online profile (e.g., User ID, password, security questions).
    • Open new accounts and apply for loans.
    • Order checks, deposit slips, replacement cards, copies of checks, and statements.
    • Obtain a life insurance quote.
  •  Alerts & Two-Way Text Messaging
    • Register for Alerts via text or secure message.
    • Register for Two-Way Text Messaging to get account balance(s) and account history notifications via text message.

To enroll, you will need:
 

  • 16-digit card number
    ATM (access) or Debit Card number

  • 3-digit voice response number
    Created when opening a Share and/or Checking Account
     

If you do not have an ATM/Debit card or do not remember your 3-digit voice response number, please contact your local branch or our Member Services Support. 

Frequently asked questions about Member Access

Member Access can be used via computer or any mobile device with access to the internet.

If you forget your password, you may use the Forgotten Password link available at login and follow the prompts. In order to reset your password, you must have already enrolled in Member Access and answered your security questions. If you have forgotten your User ID or have questions with Forgotten Password, contact Member Services Support at (888) 732-8562.
