Explore options for receiving your account statements and learn more about statement dates.

Statement types

We offer a variety of statement formats to meet your needs:

    View paperless statements in Member Access online and via the SECU App.

    Receive paper statements mailed to your address on file.

  • checkmark Braille and large print statements

    Request braille or large print statements at your local branch or within Member Access.

E-statements

View your e-statements in Member Access anytime on your computer, tablet, or mobile device. You may choose to opt out of paper statements for added account security and less clutter.

Statement cycles

Statements are generated monthly. The statement date is the date your statement cycle ends. Statement cycles end on Credit Union business days, so statement dates are subject to change and may vary month-to-month.

Frequently asked questions about statements

No, SECU does not charge a fee to receive paper statements.

If you are enrolled in e-statements you may select an alternate cycle date in Member Access.
