1 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. APR is the cost over the loan term expressed as a rate.
2 The APR is 7.50% plus the Treasury Bill Rate. The Treasury Bill Rate is the 26-week Treasury Bill rate set at the first T-Bill Auction held each quarter and adjusted up to the nearest 0.25%. Because the Treasury Bill Rate is subject to change each quarter, the APR is as well. There is no minimum interest rate. The maximum rate is 18.00% variable APR. The variable APR for cash advances is 8.75%.
3 Interest begins to accrue on purchases and balance transfers after the expiration of the grace period if the entire balance is not paid in full. Interest begins to accrue on cash advances at the time of transfer.
4 Credit line increases are permitted for existing credit cards regardless of the state in which you reside.
