State Employees' Credit Union... There is a Difference!
-- a difference in becoming a member; a difference in the personal touch
received; a difference in the basic, cost-effective solutions to your financial
needs. State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) values its members and we are proud
to honor a "Member of the Week" on our website.
This week we would like to honor and recognize Pam Byrd.
Pam Byrd joined State Employees’ Credit Union in 1987 as an employee of
Columbus County Schools. She has utilized numerous credit union services
including mortgage loans, vehicle loans, deposit accounts and online services.
Pam states, "Over the years, SECU has always been there to assist with all my
financial needs. Now, with a branch in Tabor City and the easy to use online
services, managing my finances is so convenient." As an advocate for SECU, Pam
encouraged her sons to become members as well.
Pam and Tony, her husband of 31 years, have two sons, Andrew and Alex. Pam has
been awarded "Teacher of the Year" twice for Guideway Elementary School.
In the summer months, she enjoys teaching swimming lessons.
The Tabor City branch would like to thank you, Pam Byrd, for your support of
the credit union. You really make a difference!
